Refund policy

At The Unorthodox Author Desk, we value every reader and strive to provide high-quality books and excellent customer service.

Physical Books

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The book arrives damaged or defective.
  • You receive the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and photos of the issue.

Once approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement copy, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method.

Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital purchases are non-refundable once the download has been delivered, unless:

  • The file is corrupted.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The file cannot be accessed due to a technical issue on our end.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
